Because you're more than a leader..

I'm Dr. Christine Coleman, PhD, LMFT. I am a licensed therapist, executive coach, speaker, and consultant specializing in the intersections of mental health, race, and gender. I provide psychotherapy and executive coaching to women of color in leadership and the number one thing I hear is.."I am leading in all areas of my life, but my mental and emotional wellbeing are at risk."

Leaders like you value success and making a name for yourself in your profession. You have poured your time, energy, and resources into being the best of the best in your industries.

But did you lose yourself in the process?

If this sounds like you, you're not alone.

As a wife, mom, nonprofit founder, and mental health and diversity, equity, and inclusion expert, I know what it's like to lose myself in my roles..

And yet..

I do the hard personal work to prioritize peace, harmony, self-assurance in my life.

I've jumped through numerous hoops to climb to the top of higher education and establish myself as a desired licensed therapist, speaker, consultant, and coach.

I've embraced the healing journey from a history of abandonment and abuse in my adult relationships.

I've refined my sense of self and have grown to value my self-worth.

Let me be clear. This work is a journey. I'm not here to convince you of something that is unattainable. I am still a work in progress everyday.

What I can confirm is this: Although life is hard, there are tools and evidence-based practices that I can offer you to realign your relationship to work, to society, to your loved ones, and most importantly, to yourself.

My personal and professional experiences have led me to help hundreds of women achieve and sustain a life that prioritizes self-care, confidence, boundaries, healing, and growth. I want to help you do the same.

  • You are in control of your anxiety, stress and overwhelm
  • You are honored and celebrated for your race/ethnicity and gender
  • You detach yourself from imposter syndrome (feeling like a fake or unqualified for the work you do)
  • You let go of the pressure to fulfill other's expectations of you
  • You embrace guilt-free "me time"
  • Your romantic relationships are filled with optimism, healthy communication, and quality time. If you're single, you live your best life on your own, or have a better grasp on your dating journey
  • You believe that your personal and professional skills are valuable and should be regarded as such through recognition and income
  • You have strategies to help you increase your demand in thought leadership
  • You have more time to pour into fun, play, and joy with your children or loved ones
  • You confidently lean into your wisdom and experience in the face of power, privilege, and difficult personalities in your profession
  • You feel seen, valued, and celebrated by a community of like-minded women

These are just a few of the outcomes my coaching clients have seen as a result of this program.

I serve some of the most influential Women of Color Founders, Executives, Community Leaders as a Licensed Therapist, Executive Coach, and Founder of  women's nonprofit, Sol Sisters, Inc.
